DialOk Communications Finland was founded in 2001, producing accessibility services using the latest means of communications available.
Since day one, DialOk Operator service has been our most important facility, forming the core business of DialOk Communications Finland. Additionally, DialOk has developed several services and products all of which support accessibility.
In 2001, the supply of operator services was very limited on the Finnish market, with only a few companies in the field. Through its operations, DialOk has boosted positive development, an awareness of operator services spreading throughout the country.
Due to its active pursuits, advanced technological solutions and customer oriented services, DialOk Communications Finland is the largest operator in the country at the beginning of 2004, when measured according to the number of customers.
DialOk operators handle incoming calls of over 100 domestic and international companies on a daily basis.
