Our assistant operator service is designed for companies from any field wishing for their calls to be answered primarily by their own operator.
A DialOk operator at your service
When using the assistant operator service, customers always ensure that their calls are handled by a highly trained, motivated operator with good language skills, even if their own operator is unable to answer some or any of the calls due to rush, lunch hour, sick leave, holiday or some other reason. At the same time, customers are freed from having to take care of their telephone exchange resources.
Directing calls
The assistant operator service is carried out by directing the customer's incoming calls through a general telephone network to DialOk's answering system with or without delay.
Calls directed through the general telephone network are connected to the customer's extension numbers, mobile numbers or other numbers agreed with the customer.
The operator service can be easily realized in all traditional and VoIP answering systems. DialOk's technical customer service personnel take care of delivering key information and handling programming requests.
The assistant operator service in short
Calls are answered on weekdays between 7 am and 8 pm or as agreed upon.
Connecting calls and leaving messages are carried out as agreed upon.
Each customer will be designated a required number of operators, who are familiar with the respective customer organization and telephone traffic while working as a contact person between the customer organization and DialOk.
Basic service languages include: Finnish, Swedish and English.
The automatic service report includes details such as: time, answer speed, duration and target number. If desired, the specification can also include department or cost Center details.
The supplied electronic directory makes it convenient for the customer to update the internal telephone directory, details on absences and other organizational information. DialOk operators simultaneously receive an update on any entered details.
