The DialOk Call Center at your service
Regardless of the service solution, DialOk Call Center personnel are always trained to meet the specific service requirements of each customer organization. When using the DialOk Call Center service, our customers ensure that their calls are answered by a highly trained and motivated individual. At the same time, customers are freed from having to take care of extra customer service resources including personnel, premises and equipment.
Technical solutions
The Call Center service is carried out by directing incoming customer calls through the general network, fixed connections or VoIP connection to DialOk's Call Center with or without delay.
A data-secured connection is created between the customer management system of the customer organization and DialOk system (WWW, VPN).
Handling customer calls
DialOk personnel handle the calls as agreed upon, for instance by providing additional information on services or products, processing orders and handling complaints.
A member of DialOk personnel is designated to be in charge of customer service. In addition to being responsible for the services, he or she functions as contact person between the customer and DialOk.
The Call Center service in short
Calls are answered on weekdays between 7 am and 8 pm or as agreed upon.
Calls are handled as agreed upon.
Basic service languages include: Finnish, Swedish and English.
The automatic service report includes details such as: time, answer speed, duration and target number. If desired, the specification can also include department or cost Center details.
