The Help Desk provides IT support for DialOk's customer organizations and their respective customers. Help Desk services include: assistance in using computers, software, Internet and e-mail functions as well as support with equipment, configurations and installations.
Function
The Help Desk IT support is straightforward to use. The customer organization and DialOk agree on the terms of required support service, after which members of the customer organization can either call or e-mail the Help Desk directly.
A real-time connection function (co-browsing) can be added to the Help Desk IT support service. The co-browsing connection allows the Help Desk to fix problems or install programs on the caller's computer during the call.
In more serious cases of equipment or software problems, the Help Desk establishes the right solution by identifying the source of the problem before arranging for a DialOk technician to fix the problem on location.
Contents of the service
The Help Desk serves the customer organization and their respective customers on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. IT support provided during weekdays between 6 pm and 8 am or during weekends is estimated separately.
